*participants booking onto this event will be required to provide information in advance of the event to enable the engagement element of the event to be as rewarding as possible. This is a condition of booking.

*People booking onto the event will not be eligible for a refund if they cancel less than seven days prior to the event or fail to turn up to the event itself

* To get the greatest benefit from the event please bring with you a smartphone or laptop/tablet which is internet ready and connected through SIM card/mobile network. Wi-Fi limited to normal broadband speeds currently while awaiting Provider to bring Fibre Optic to the building. There is capacity on the WiFi for those without 3G mobile connections, but this will not be lightening fast at present, and dependent upon network speeds from ISP connection.
